Creamy chicken Alfredo with you fav pasta side.

Today w e will be creating my favorite  pasta dish. Chicken Alfredo  if it wasn't so unhealthy I would eat it almost everyday. That and cake lol
So what your going to need is:
Chicken strips. (I prefer this easier for left overs)
Linguine or spaghetti  or any pasta you prefer or have on hand
Parmesan cheese
Cream or milk
Pesto season mix ( order online at spice and tea exchange)
 garlic.

so for the sauce,. your going to heat the cream in a saucer or small pot then add the parm cheese and whisk until all the cheese is Incorporated well. then add the garlic and pesto season about 2tbs of the pesto season will work for about 1cup of Alfredo sauce but you can always add until you get your desired taste.

with the chicken tenders i normally cube them and saute them in some evoo and salt and pepper when there close to done i add them and all there juices to the Alfredo sauce and top over pasta =) hope you guys enjoy this.

A awesome idea that works both on a grill or a cast iron grill pan

Rolled flank steak stuffed with blue cheese or feta and peppers and onions.
Here is what you will need
Flank steak. A good size. I can't recall how much I got but I got thicker piece I sliced in half and pounder thin.
Apple wood seasoning (i will post a photo)
Salt & pepper
Blue cheese
Feta (if you prefer)
1/4 cp of vinegar
Green and yellow peppers 1 each
I yellow onion
Your going to marinate the flank in vinegar water and the seasoning overnight to make them tender. Next day your going take out and pound as flat as you can if you have not already. Cut 3 inch by 5 inch pieces. That way you can roll them up. Doesn't have to be exact I'm giving rough estiments .

so after the meat is ready set it aside.
now take out all your peppers and cut them into matchsticks. same with onion.
now time to put together.

oops almost forgot. grab toothpicks.

take one piece of your precut steak and put peppers and onions on one end. add the cheese of your choice. i did both blue and feta.roll up then make sure it stays put with the toothpick.
then you can grill them or grill them on a cast iron grill pan., i use a thermometer and wait until the meat is 155. then you can serve with mash or roasted poatoes. or what ever side you wish, i hope you guys enjoyed this recipe. please share it with your friends or share your recreation on instagram with the #chefmarrukka

Horse radish crusted standing rib roast

This is easy peasy. What you will need is a 5lb standing rib roast.
A small bags of baby carrots
4potatoes
2 onions
Horse radish crem sauce
Salt and pepper
Panko bread crumbs

This is a great thing to make a all in one pot meal !
So what I did was season the meat all over with S&p. After that you want to generously put the horseradish cream sauce on the top. (You can also put all over) after that top with the bread crumbs don't worry with the horseradish the crumbs will stick
Them you want to cut up you potatoes and onions about one inch by one inch should work doesn't need to be perfect.
Throw in pan with your roast add carrots and enough water to coat the bottom.
Cook for 4 hrs on 325 and you will have a very tender(cut with a fork a
Tender ) roast.
Hope you enjoy :-)
